By appointment, 10.00am to 3.00pm every Wednesday and Friday from March to
November. Cookery courses include guided tour as well as lunch prepared by
the students served with Badia a Coltibuono’s own wines.

Lessons will last about 3 hours, and will be held in the morning until lunch
time, so that students will be able to taste their own dishes.
Every participant will be provided with a working kit and, at the end of the
course, will receive a participation certificate.
In the weekly courses there will be a final lesson with a sommelier who will
present and explain the wines.

PIENO: Authentic Food from a Tuscan Farm. Classes begin in the vegetable garden
and orchards and move through the barnyards to select what is fresh and in
season. At certain times of the year they may also include some foraging for
wild herbs, salad greens, chestnuts, fruits, berries and mushrooms. Game is
featured when it is in season.
